Shipping and Delivery Concerns All products are shipped exclusively via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. Orders are packed after the order is placed and paid in fully and shipped within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days of shipping. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided. We cannot take responsibility for packages that are stolen or redirected. We advise all customers to utilize a secure lockbox or drop box for deliveries to protect their purchases. If your package goes missing, we can apply for shipment insurance to issue a refund or resend your product. However, we cannot approve refunds or reshipments for packages marked as "delivered" in the tracking information.
